Let’s get into it.
Therapy can be an intimidating experience initially, especially if this is your first time. It helps to get a sense of who your therapist is and to check if we might be a good match for each other.
Why choose to work with me?
I help young professionals find clarity and learn themselves better as they navigate the complexities of independent adulthood. If you're adjusting to a new phase of life, feeling stuck, or just looking for support while you’re trying to figure it all out, you’re in the right place.

“We cannot change, we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed.”
— Carl Rogers, On Becoming a Person
My Story
I spent my childhood in both the United States and Israel and moved back to Israel as a young adult, 12 years ago. Even as a young child, I was told I had empathetic “antenas” tuning me to other people. My years after high school were led by fear, confusion and insecurity, allowing life to happen to me in many ways. Turning to therapy as a resource was a guiding light, helping me understand myself, who I was and who I wanted to become. I know firsthand the life changing power of therapy and with time it became clear to me that this is what I was put on this earth to do.
During my 8+ years of experience in the field, I’ve worked with a variety of age groups and population sectors from young children to senior adults in different agencies and settings, including social services, group homes for children and teens at risk, and school settings. I'm privileged to have had significant success in helping individuals and families who were struggling with a range of challenges including autism, complex family dysfunctionality, abuse and neglect, low self-esteem, anxiety, identity challenges, and those going through life transitions.
I am fluent in both English and Hebrew, am well entrenched in both cultures and offer therapy in both languages.
