Hey there

Therapy can be an intimidating experience initially, especially if this is your first time. It helps to get a sense of who your therapist is, and to check if we might be a good match for each other.

About Me

I spent my childhood in both the United States and Israel and moved back to Israel as a young adult, 11 years ago. My life and thinking have been deeply influenced by the books “Quiet” by Susan Cain and “Daring Greatly” by Brenè Brown. I’m a big proponent of the power of therapy and know firsthand how transformative it can be. I love the beach and spending time with my friends and family. While my practice is entirely online, I'm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. I am fluent in both English and Hebrew and well entrenched in both cultures.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) from Ariel University and my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Wurzweiler School of Social Work (Yeshiva University) in conjunction with The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I completed a certification in Play Therapy through Bar Ilan University followed by a psychotherapy certification in Play Therapy through The School for Play Therapy under Dr. Suzi Kagan. I earned certification from Amutat Oti in age-appropriate adaptive and integrative therapy with a specialization in working with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

During my 7+ years of experience in the field, I’ve worked with a variety of age groups and population sectors from young children to senior adults in different agencies and settings, including social services, group homes for children and teens at risk, and school settings. I'm privileged to have had significant success in helping individuals and families who were struggling with a range of challenges including autism, complex family dysfunctionality, abuse and neglect, low self-esteem, anxiety, identity challenges, and those going through life transitions.

I look forward to hearing from you!
